We have partnered with Delhivery (https://delhivery.com) for all our shipping and delivery needs. Delhivery's services are integrated with our platform, ensuring timely and trackable deliveries.

2. Shipping Coverage

• Londaonlyf currently offers shipping services only within India. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
• Delivery services are available across most locations in India, subject to service availability by Delhivery.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
• The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
• Free shipping offers may be available from time to time, and these will be indicated at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or delivery service delays.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time via Delhivery.

5. Order Processing Time

• Orders placed on Londaonlyf are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order

• After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This link will allow you to track your package through Delhivery's system.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

7. Failed Deliveries
If Delhivery is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect delivery information or multiple failed attempts:

• We will contact you to verify the delivery details and arrange for a redelivery, which may incur additional shipping fees.
• If you prefer to cancel the order after a failed delivery attempt, we will refund the product cost, excluding the shipping charges.

8. International Shipping
At this time, Londaonlyf does not offer international shipping. We only deliver to locations within India.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us at contact@londonlyf.com. We will coordinate with Delhivery to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund as required.
